Good for the stay but bed was not good need to change for hotel i think and good area also

Amenities were very bad.. I forgot to take snaps otherwise I would have uploaded. Washbasin was 90% blocked and the commode seat was broken. There was mosquito 🦟 flying in the room. Rest was ok. I request your team before your engagement You need to survey the hotels

Comfortable, clean and courteous staff.

The location is not updated properly in map. It's very difficult to find the place. Rooms was not cleaned properly. Washroom windows were broken. Food quality is poor found stapler pins in food.

I have very worst experience at the hotel no rooms arrangements hotel ambience rooms washroom as not per the photos your shared mosquitoes windows open not tv running washroom doors can't be closed worst experience ever. Not going to book again. We are going for just to sleep relax for the day but we can't even sleep for 1-2 hours bed is also not that much good it's feeling pain now in back my wife is pregnant actually she is also feeling back pain now with sleep there in might literally

1. No hygiene 2. Washroom is dirty 3. Linen is not proper, neat and clean. 4. Horrible towels overall - 100 marks. Its humble request not to stay here.

3. The western toilet seat was not having a seat or cover lid it was all open. Wash basin tap was running very low in pressure

Need to improve on hygiene. As there were mosquitos and cockroaches around. Food is good but it takes around 40 mins to deliver. Room service needs to be proactive rather than we ask.

Location of the hotel is not good and there are two hotels together, so will be befuddled at first. Also, there are other problems in the hotel, like bathroom lights doesn't work well, bathroom does not have proper window glass so mosquitoes and fly enter into it. Room is equipped with split ac, fan, lights. Quality of shop and towels offered by hotel was average, not very good. Staff is very supportive but are very lazy about cleaning rooms. Bedsheets were clean but you will find stains here and there. There are cctv cameras in hotel. Around midnight they also close main gate entrance for safety. Food was best. I mean it's the only thing that i love there, hot, fresh, tasty meal. They offer lot of variety in their menu.
