accommodation & behaviour of hotel staff is pretty, well to stay all types of strangers.

When I checked into the hotel I found the rooms to be clean and tidy.The bedsheet there was torn.And the worst part was that they gave me two Italy in including breakfast.And apart from that no other option was given and it was said that this is the only breakfast available.And there are cockroaches inside the room.I have travelled a lot with MakeMyTrip but this was my worst experience in terms of hotels.If I get a hotel like this from MakeMyTrip in future then I will not prefer MakeMyTrip anymore.

The stay was comfortable with smooth check-in, friendly staff, and a spacious room. The lighting added a luxurious touch, and everything worked perfectly, including the AC and room service. The location was great, and breakfast was decent with limited options (poha, upma, or idli). However, the bed had hair follicles from previous guests, showing poor cleaning, and the dustbin pedal was broken. For Rs. 2500 per night for a deluxe room, I expected better cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, a good stay, but some improvements are needed.

Nice staff ,clean room and reasonable rate makes perfect sense for me to stay here. This hotel is very close to station Kalyan.

The images shown was not the same. The main hotel address is different and for non-AC room, it is in another street. The building was too old and inside a lane and bit scary to be alone in the entire building. Hardly seen anyone there. No toiletries provided. No water bottle.

I had stay in this hotel, booked AC deluxe room. Food options is not available in the hotel for food you can order online and have food in your room itself. I order food parcel inMantra restaurant opposite to the hotel. This property located near Kalyan Junction. The room was good, bathroom is neat and clean.

The owner has provided me stay in another building and the room that they have shown in booking. It wasn't like that it was a really old building with zero amenities. No water, no toiletry, not even a towel they provided. I don't think so. This is something that was expected from them?

Stay was good as if area is under construction so little untidy outside foods are expensive in hotel where as it has its own restaurant

This property is near to Kalyan railway station. Construction work nearby has made this place dusty. This is an executive hotel, suitable for persons traveling on work for one or two days. Breakfast has limited options and timing is also limited between 8:30 & 10:30 AM. We could have breakfast only once, since our timings were 7:30 & 8:00 AM. Food is from their own eatery, and it is tasty. House keeping is not effective, our bathrooms were not properly cleaned, dust bins were not cleared. Hand faucet was lying on the floor, with no resting stand. Bathroom flush was ineffective, and we had to use buckets of water. Water pressure filling the flush was low. Toilets and basins were stained. House keeping just reversed our bedsheets, when left for cleaning. We asked for drinking water in the morning, but the staff started blaming each other and no one gave us the water. We started buying water from outside. There chaos and communication gap between the staff. Night staff seem to be lethargic. Even for checkout, they didn't pick up the call at reception, no one came to help even my elder parents. I had to do it on my own. He was not interested in giving me the bill, and said that I will get it from my booking site. I had informed them previous night about checkout, but there was not preparation. I'm giving one extra star only for the day Manager 's concern and hospitality.

Receptionist is very disgustings..i am travelling from pune and they denied the booking because unmarried couples..and also they not cancelled my booking
