Hotel was ideally located and staff were courteous Rooms were clean & neat

Amenities and service are good. They providing ro water, instead of they can give water bottles. Water bottles are chargeable at rs 30. Need to collect the actual market price

Very worst behaviour from hotel side. Cancellation is also not available from make my trip app. Dont book through make my trip

Service was little poor, did not given even only one water bottle

Good hotel for business trip and food was good over all nice and ok to stay it’s in city center and bus stand is near and easy to assess other part of tirupur

Good experience on the stay. Staffs were very caring and soft. But in room there can be water bottle, brush & paste as a basic complementary. Hot water is not available as and when required. Car parking needs to be extended.

Excellent. But complementary breakfast missing. Faced inconvenience as the lift is not available from ground floor to hotel floors.

No water bottle in room no tooth brush and paste i feel room is not clean bed & mattress is not looking wall bathroom is also look like very very bad so i check out my room one day before on my schedule i never disappoint before make my trip booking but this is my first time and one more thing lift is on this property but thay switch off it i climb my luggage from car park to second floor by steps after i ask y lift will not work that say if any body inform to start lift then only that switch on otherwise it will switch off

Stayed for a night on my journey to Munnar, the room was smelling, ac was not working properly. There was no basic facilities, like drinking water or toiletries in the room.

Neat and clean spacious, over all its good.

Need to add extra services and improve

Really nice place to stay with family.
