Poppys Tower

Hotel Needs to improve their WiFi. I only had to rely on my personal data for internet. Even after telling them about this constantly the did not do anything. And secondly, we were 2 people who were staying so Poppys Tower was supposed to provide us 2 pairs of toiletries. But they did not. They only provided us with 1.

I have stayed at this Poppys Tower many times and I am still very impressed. There is no doubt about the location for shopping as it is in the heart of the city, and the room service is good, the staff behavior is good, and it is better to listen to the customers' complaints and improve.

Positive : 1. Spacious room 2. Relatively hygiene 3. Tasty food with dosa of your choice Negative : 1. Near very traffic area hard to locate 2. No heater to make tea/Coffee packs (At this must have had). 3. Seemed bit costly while comparing the requirements at this range.

Clean and spacious rooms with all essential amenities. Excellent room service and quality food provided by the restaurant. Worth for the money spent. Wonderful staffs who go above and beyond to cater to our needs.

The room was very neat and clean. Timely room service. Morning complimentary breakfast was delicious and well served. The check-in and checkout process was easy and fast
