Bad experience, not sure how makemytrip entertain

soloHotel location is very conjunctive, hotel ambience is very poor. After checkin room is very dirty looking and washroom drainage is blocked water stagnant. I booked for 4 days, but seeing the condition of the hotel maintenance i vacated within 5hrs. Bath towel looks cream color instead of white. Requested to replace but declined. Room size is to congested, don’t recommend to stay.

Not a good experience

Firstly, they refused to accept the mm t booking. We had to request mm t to intervene. We stayed only for a night. No drinking water was provided. Luckily we had our own. No towels were given. Apparently they were not having dry towels. Even a request for a single towel was refused. We had to ask for the soap. No blankets were provided. We had to raise our voice to get the blankets.
