Good stay very near to Tiruchanur and highway approaching towards Bangalore Chennai and Vijayawada

Washroom where not clean and flush handles broken, the beds had split mattress which was irritating bedsheets were also not clean

Good but need to upgrade washrooms. Staff is excellent. Good cleanliness in room. Need AC upgrade.

it's an easy property with nearby locations to temples and hotels ,transport convenience to all . well mannered staff with immediate response .

The hotel is located very near to Tirchanur temple. The amenities provided is good. Very helpful staff. The buffet breakfast provided was very good.

Excellent room with a good view of the Tirumala hill. The staff were very friendly and co operative. I recommend this hotel for a nice and pleasant stay in Tirupati.

The stay was good and the staff is also politely dealing with the customers and the location is peaceful to stay.

Service was not at all good, bathroom doors has no locks and just a latch. Staff was not supportive and many things on menu was not available in the food.

I paid for hotel through makemytrip one week before. When i entered the hotel for stay, they stopped me and said rooms are booked already and also informed to makemytrip. After a few adjustments i have a room with an air conditioner that makes the worst noise. After complaining, they made to stay on the same place. Why are you charging us more if you cannot provide proper facility?

I already mentioned 2 adults and 2 children but this hotel staff don't accept. Tha staff boy says the room only for 2 adults. The hotel staff says if you stay with your kids please pay extra money. They are behavior very rude and careless. 30 min we are standing in reception area. I am very disappointed
