Good Stay
I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Sovti plaza in Ambala. The staff was extremely courteous, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping everything spotless throughout my stay.

Terrible Stay
I took my 15 year old daughter with me as i'm a single mother and cancer patient. He charged me 1000 rupees extra. In-spite of all my requests i had to pay him 700 cash. He was very rude and harsh.

Exceptional service and comfortable stay at hotel sobti plaza
I recently stayed at hotel sobti plaza in ambala and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the owner went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay by upgrading me to their best and premium room at no extra charge. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. As a biker, i greatly appreciated the indoor parking space for my bike, which added an extra layer of convenience and security. One minor drawback is the hotel's location in the middle of the city, which might not be ideal for those seeking a quieter environment away from noise and crowds. Despite this, the overall experience was excellent, and i highly recommend hotel sobti plaza for its outstanding service and amenities.

don’t have high expectations.
coupleIt was a transit stay and we wanted a prime location. Location was best as per our needs. The staff is extremely cold. Everything is at a very slow pace. Assistance with our bag was absolutely delayed at check in and even during checkout. Even thought the hotel was empty and they had no other guests to cater to. Water is not complimentary and at checkout we were told the same, not when they gave us. Which was also quite delayed. We took room without breakfast - nearby market has absolutely amazing food options.

ASSISTANCE WITH THE BAGGAGE WAS DELAYED BECAUSE IT TAKES A LITTLE BIT OF TIME TO TRANSFER 6 -7 BIG BAGGAGES FROM GROUND TO SECOND FLOOR ESPECIALLY FOR DOUBLE OCCUPANCY BOOKING 2. U JUST THOUGHT THAT THE HOTEL WAS EMPTY. FOR UR KIND REFERENCE ITS A 17 ROOMS PROPERTY N ON UR CHECKINN DATE 13 ROOMS WERE OCCUPIED I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT I DONT NEED TO MENTION ALL THIS BUT ! 3 YES UR ROOM WAS WITH EP PLAN AND WE R IN THE HEART OF CITY WITH AMAZING FOOD OPTIONS . 4 FINALLY THE COLD STAFF . I COUNT ON MY STAFF AND FOR THE REFERENCE U CAN GO THRU THE REVIEWS OF OTHER GUESTS REGARDING MY SATFF. I AGAIN REQUEST MMT TO MAKE SUCH A KIND OF POLICY THAT NEGATIVE REVIEWS ALSO SHOULD BE SCREENED AND VERIFIED .

Poor Stay
Hotel inside interior is below average. Hotel don't provide complimentary tea cattle in room and tea is also not available from kitchen during early time by 7 am. Lock is also not proper and kitchen service is also not satisfactory.

businessRoom are ok, food is pathetic. Even after taking map plan every food is chargeable. Even they don't provide a bottle of water

Good eve mr dutta thanks for the words i received your call before u made the booking at the tym of checking inn it was told that in map plan we have veg thali and egg thali u opted for the egg thali. The same thali was served in two more rooms without any complaints. Water is available 24*7 and nothing was charged for food nor u paid anything my dear sir. Hotel me-in pani nai hai is it possible ? secondly without paying how can u blame s that v charged anything really sorry on your part sir. I again request mm t people before flashing guest false reviews kindly look into the matter.
Poor Stay
Even though the hotel mentioned that it is pet friendly it was far from being one. The owner was rude, asked us to cancel our reservation while checking in since we had a pet dog with us. he allow us to check in. I would have given zero stars if i could but as the rooms were big and spacious i thought it is only fair to give them a generous rating of 2 stars. Ps - the pipe outlet to the washbasin in the bathroom was loose and water was leaking all over while we were using it. My husband complained about the same but no one came to fix it. Dear guest after your check inn when u brought your 3 year dog i just inquired that he should not create any disturbance while the stay as rest of the rooms were packed. U and sir gave me the word that no one will be disturbed. Inquiring something is not being rude for sure i said one thing that when ever any guest with pet makes a booking he / she first of all calls up and discusses about the room your answer was ' kaun kart a hai ' regarding pipe problem no one complained me especially sir came down to get dog food 1 - 2 times he just gave a good smile n went to the room pavneet
