Terrible Stay
Staff doesn’t understand English properly. Even restaurant staff don’t follow the instructions. The property is undergoing repairs and construction therefore rooms were not quiet and peaceful. Not happy with the experience.

Good Stay
Room was good but toilets were not up to mark. Food was good but all mentioned in menu was not available. Breakfast had limited choices. Room service dose not start’s before 8am. However location and staff are good

Hotel was good neat and clean and value for money just to improve the Kitchen services and need to provide fast service

Good Food and a reasonable family hotel
The rooms were clean. The executive rooms are spacious. Although it’s an old property but still they managed to equip with Fridge, centralised AC and kettles.

Average Stay
Actually the food was good but the room was small and the tv channels were not working properly ... So it was just an average experience in the hotel

Average to Good
Good Property, room was specious but bedding is very old and overused. Breakfast was very ordinary. Staff was very polite and cooperative

Terrible Stay
coupleSmell in washroom. Smell in cupboard. In mm t app there is refrigerator in executive room but in actual there is no refrigerator in room.
