The stay is just ok ok.. i booked a suite but they dont have the facilities like a suite. They dont have toiletries,sleepers and not proper cleaning. So i dnt think mai kabhi future ke dobara ye hotel book karu gi.

Staff was not cooperative, the hotel was not too hygienic and on top of that,

The service is extremely poor. Despite booking a breakfast-inclusive package, breakfast is not provided, and when questioned, the staff offers numerous excuses. Additionally, the room size is disappointingly small.

There is very poor hospitality and less facility. There is no any slipper provided, No dental kit and not any other facilities like Wi-Fi and even provided the tv assesories for operating the same.

There were ants all over the bed. when requested to change the room they refused. How a property can be given star rating when asked for water they provide unsealed water bottles which were filled from the hotel in branded water bottles.

It's a type of antiquity hotel where you can get the essence of 1960/ 70. Food quality was good. Neat and clean room. But they can take care of the wash room. Location was perfect.

Stayed with my family on 19. 05.25. Hotel was neat and clean. Staff was very helpful and polite. I liked the location it was in the heart of the city. Many good restaurants were near by within 500 meter. I would like to stay next time also.

horrible place nothing like the pics shown. I strongly recommend not to book this disaster hotel. property is really on bad shape and staff is even worse. we checked in around mid night and the staff was arguing with us for no reasons. never ever seen such people in any hotel till date. again strongly recommend not to book this place specifically if you are with family.
