Good room with proper cleaning, and proper water supply easy to approach food was good to eat water was nice

Food is not so good. The room lacks some amenities like handwash and a chair. They should at least have one chair so that we can eat the food on the table. There is no hanger for hanging clothes. The toilet smells a bit. The basin is not so clean and the floor is also so dusty and it feels like the floor is not cleaned for a week and bed side tables are not clean and has the previous stains and feels sticky. But the staff was polite and helped us whenever we called him.

The location is good and the welcoming of satff us also satisfactory, they were prompt. Washrooms were clean and tidy

AC works but to chill you to death - no remote control...Shabby rooms with no ventilation. Terrible service... had to wait for an hour to get a towel - one that came wet and dirty. Ordered snacks and received pieces of crap at triple cost. You get nothing complimentary and pay for your first bottle of water. No one was there to respond to a housekeeping call as the owner had a party in house and all the staff was busy obliging his guests. The guests kept creating chaos till 11 in the night making our stay miserable after a 300 kms of downhill journey. This was the worst of the few bad stays I had through MMT. I'm a happy MMT Black member but this instance has shaken my trust in them.

Not good Service

The hotel has a good location and allowed us to check in late at night around 12 o’clock, which was very convenient. The service was great and the room was decent and clean. However, essential amenities like handwash and drinking water should be added. Overall, it was a good experience.

The stay is just ok ok.. i booked a suite but they dont have the facilities like a suite. They dont have toiletries,sleepers and not proper cleaning. So i dnt think mai kabhi future ke dobara ye hotel book karu gi.

Staff was not cooperative, the hotel was not too hygienic and on top of that,

The service is extremely poor. Despite booking a breakfast-inclusive package, breakfast is not provided, and when questioned, the staff offers numerous excuses. Additionally, the room size is disappointingly small.

There is very poor hospitality and less facility. There is no any slipper provided, No dental kit and not any other facilities like Wi-Fi and even provided the tv assesories for operating the same.
