familyLocation is very good, but lacks in cleanliness. Had to ask many times to get room cleaned. No change of linen even at check in. Kitchen staff very good & efficient. Lacks value for money.

The room was not clean, bed bugs were all in the room and washroom. Electricity issues due to which hot water is not available. Food was not up to the mark.
