Property location is good. Hotel room are also very good and with ample space I think, this is among top 5 hotels in the Joshimath. Best thing I like about this hotel is the cafe and breakfast. Cook is really good. I recommend this to everyone.

Location is good, service is ok. But the room has to be better for the rate charged. Bathroom was poorly maintained with water overflowing from the bath area. Washbasin water outflow not maintained creating a puddle in the bathroom. It was messy and not expected for the amount paid. Room and bathroom have to be maintained so well if you have to be called a boutique hotel.

I visited this property while driving back from shri badrinath. Their hospitality is top notch spl. Restaurant manager and his staff are welcoming and taking care of our ask. We requested them to provide food without onion and garlic, which they provided in 15-20 mins. Property location and scenic view from balcony can’t express in words. Worth every minute spend at property.
