Review Of Prakriti The Retreat

Prakriti resort is one of the best resort near harshil. Location, food, facilities everything perfect. In food they have menu which suits everyone because elderly people visit gangotri. You will find everything in resort you need. They have room heaters also. Ganga view is amazing. Go for this resort without any second opinion.

Plus point is the location, nothing beats the location as there is nothing comparable so close to gangotri, food and service are good, they did not charge for the extra tea/coffee's, the lodging and food for our driver was also not charged, improvement points would be the occasional power outage and the floor carpets/mats in the room.

We liked our stay at prakrit the retreat. Location of hotel is spectacular harshil, valley and bhagirathi river view. These snow mountains look like heaven at night. Staff of hotel is friendly and hospitable. Owner of hotel is nice gentleman who welcomed us with full support. Hotel staff is cooperative and food was good. We would like to visit harshil, and this hotel is best one in the valley.

Not very comfortable stay, mattresses are nightmare, very hard and uncomfortable, cleanness is big issue

No alternate. And even if there had been one, it still might have fare better on most parameters. Excellent

We stayed for 1 night with a River view room and 2 other rooms. Everything about the hotel is good only. They need to make an arrangement to go to the river bed as it's not possible from the hotel till now. I give 4/5 to the hotel. Food is really delicious and they provide quiet a variety considering the remote location.

I stayed with my friends there. Hotel was good and my stay was also nice the only thing which troubled me was not in network connection. There is not any service provider in the area. You need to go near Gangotri to get connected. For me, it was good that I was not in touch with society but for some, it was not. MMT charged me twice then the rent of hotel. That was the most unprofessional and terrible thing. Thanks.

There are excellent stayed at Prakriti Resort, have fun near the Ganga river and also enjoyed the weather of Himalayas. This hotel have potential to develop more need to improve following things. Publicity of hotel in the metropolitan city. Organize the tour. Start Pickup and drop facility from some nearest city. Need internet access, a phone call to improved.

A lovely hotel along the river. The sound of water and the well-maintained hotel along with pleasant interiors made it absolutely worth. While helpful staff too.

The hotel is located at a very good place, right next to The River and apple trees, away from hustle and bustle.

Stay was very comfortable, cleanliness was appreciable. Location is on bank of ganges, distance from Gangotri was perfect. Food quality was very good. Behavior of staff was cooperative and appreciable. Mobile network was not available. Distance from nearest market was little far. It is a well located hotel in the beautiful lap of the nature.

Bed linen and towels were not changed. They had kept the use done. They changed after we asked but this was not expected.

Hotel is good, breakfast and dinner is excellent. Rooms are clean. Staff is also nice but the thing in which the hotel lack is that they do not have any facilities in the room like mini bar and so on.
