Sleeping Beauty Hotel (Mountain View Property)

Location is good Rooms are decent But personally I did feel connected with property after my Badrinath trip Feel very low energy in atomosphere , may be due off season I asked manager to suggest me nearby roaming places but he Looks less intrested to assist me due to only customer at hotel . Food is decent but not as expected which I read on google reviews. Overall I think this place only for winter season specially in snowfall . Rest season staff & property, location not looks energetic

Overall the stay was nice and the facilities according to the location was up to the mark. The hotel owner's behaviour was very nice.

It was a nice hotel with clean rooms and a comfortable bed. The staff was helpful, and the location was convenient for getting around. Nothing extraordinary, but it had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. A good option if you're looking for something simple and reliable.

View is excellent. Situated on Auli road, each and every room has mountain view. Food is very delicious. Services are very good. Kind and humble staff.

No professionalism in manager and so not in staff also. Managers behave as if he is doing a big favor to our request. Attitude is rough. Approach in a service industry should be more receptive and cordial to the customers. At the time of leaving, not one staff gsve a helping hand to the driver to load the luggage. They charged Rs. 50/- per extra towel. Does not have lift. Not suited for elders. Not a family hotel. Also please note that even if food is included during reservation, there is no fix time to serve the food. It is made only when you approach them and then they will take another 45 mins to serve. Only 2 star, 1 for quality of food, and another for location.

Dirty beddings,very small rooms,no intercom,sharp edges bed.All above things are sufficient to rate said property 2 points out of ten.Total wastage of money.

Stayed with my son for 3 nights. View wise property location is excellent with scenic mountain views from the windows, however if you travelling without vehicle you are in trouble bcos getting vehicle here is very difficult, food was highly priced but decent taste, room service is decent and special mention to Mr.Sonu who was very pleasant to deal with.

Sleeping beauty mountain is visible from our balcony. Very comfortable stay at this property

It was a great experience staying in this hotel. Our host ganesh rawat is really great. We got an upgraded room because of him. Food was also in this hotel

I have already raised the concern with mmt, the hotel staff behaviour is unethical and they have provided one worst room and after raising the concerns they have changed to another. We had waited almost 2 hours in the reception to get the room and he claimed that members are not matched as per mmt. I have booked for 3+ 1 and they claimed that they have received only 2+ 1. Over all experience is too bad

This is a normal hotel with normal facilities. The cost of booking the hotel is very high The room quality of hotel just like a Oyo room hotel.
