Buransh Heli Resort - Guptkashi, Kedarnath

This hotel is specifically for people using their helicopter service ...for other customers who books only for staying there , their service is pathetic. Even though we paid for 1 room 3 pple , they have given us the worst room which is adjacent to laundry room and cattle house .. don’t book the hotel just looking at the photos . Also if you are just taking halt in guptakashi on the way to kedarnath ... this might not be good choice as its far from main road .

The property is good but the service is bad. The towels provided were torn. No one picks call at reception. You can order simple things like water.

We Booked but due to India Pakistan War Issue We cancelled our travel and property was generous enough to return the money. Thank you

The property is located on that hilltop of Guptkashi town. It is a 5 km uphill from Kashi temple. The view from the property is amazing where you can only see Himalayan ranges. The staff is so welcoming and very clean rooms. They also surprised us with anniversary cake. Staff Shubham and Ravi were just awesome.

I am in love with the location... just amazing would like to suggest everyone who ever visit Kedarnath or Triyuginarayan ...

There was non-one availavle at reception or house keeping even the kitchen was close. No staff was available from staff

The rooms were damp, there was fungus on the walls. Location is remote but view are great. Restaurant is ok and very basic which is fine but overall an overpriced property.

Good location amid-st the nature with scenic beauty and helipad, good and simple food, staff is accommodating. Overall good experience

Our stay was pleasant with a scenic view. Manager is a good person and very helpful only downside of the property is the staff in the restraurant. They are very slow and need a big time course in hospitality

A beautiful property with amazing views. The rooms are neat and clean. Food was delicious, we had opted for buffet. The hotel location is a 4. 5 kms diversion from kedarnath route but the views made it worth it. The service can be improved, we had to leave early but there was nobody to help with luggage.

staff was really awesome and food was excellent and very tasty and healthy like home made food, I will seriously recommend this resort for family weekend spot with older parents also

We stayed here two nights. The property has all the amenities. Amazing location and good food very helping management great staff. I would recommend it to everyone to experience the breathtaking views of himalayan range specially cucumber and kedarnath range.

It was located at beautiful view point. Perfect location. Room was average. Food service was good with limited options.

Very filthy hotel, the washrooms are so nasty and the drainage comes out of it. Horrible stay - hotel needs serious attention

The food was homely. Location was good. Property was well maintained. Staff courteous. It was a helipad however they should have tie ups with more carriers so that there can be more flights. They also should provide heaters in the rooms.

We stayed in hotel for 3 days, the staff is in courteous with less trained and unprofessional, food as buffet is lousy with no value for money. I found hair in food and asked it to replace, but staff did not lend-ed there ears.
