It was terrible what they gave commitment i couldn’t get that plus the staff was very misbehaving

We had a great time in harsil valley. My wife and I enjoyed this trip even more than our last one. We suddenly made a plan to visit gangotri and ended up staying here... It was really enjoyable to see the river view from the window and balcony. The food was good, and even though I usually avoid oil, I ended up eating three paranthas (maybe some magic in Vijay Ji’s hands). The best parts were the room, the location and the sound of the Ganga flowing by.

good location, nice food, coperative staff, only thing is balcony was sharing due to which other interference comes in a pvt room

Hotel was terrible. Small rooms. No restaurant . No soap ,provided.No power back up so No hot water from gyser. Not worth paying for this roadside hotel. I will not recommend families to stay here . there are muche better hotels near army camp Harsil .

Poor rooms and a mass y toilet. Not worth the money. And look very expensive but rooms are not that much good.

Very bad experience the room was not that which was shown in photos the rooms were very dirty bed sheets and blankets were very dirty wash rooms were very dirty the food was also not very good overall my first experience was very bad

Overall, the stay was comfortable. Amazing view of the bhagirathi river from the room and food was good at this hotel.

Worst experience. I want my money back. Rooms: no amenities in the room, not even hot water or the kettle provided. Very low voltage in rooms, we are unable to charge our mobiles properly. No hot water in the bathroom, due to low voltage. Dirty bedsheets, smelly tops, no hot water in the bathroom, no kettle, no security, no wifi, no telephone, no mobile network, no cutlery available.

Location-beautiful hospitality -good amenities- very basic food-tasty variety in food-limited like other places service-prompt the person who manages the property is warm, friendly and accomplished. Overall, a pleasant stay for two days.

Bad

It was terrible. It was my last day in uttarakhand and i chose to stay in this worthless stay. No wifi, no food, here you cant have a cup of tea, its not that the tea is bad actually there was nothing to have. After knowing the situation i was fearing that they will even give the drinking water or not. Paid around rs. 3500 for what? nothing. We were having tent with us, it was better to satya in tent outside i would have saved my 3500rs

The property owner didn’t allotted the room at the hotel. Please arrange a call back

Hotel owner was good in behaviour but hotel staff was worst i have ever seen. Such a rude behaviour from hotel staff. I am giving 3 star all because of hotel owner behaviour and and some facilities provided.

We stayed at this resort for 2 days during our yamunotri gangotri trip in october 2023. Booking: via mmt. Hassle free. Check in: late in the evening at around 9 pm. Disappointed to see the rooms were not tidy, the bathrooms were not clean, the towels and bedsheets were dirty. Service was mostly horrible, dinner was very spicy and difficult to consume. Next day we had to leave for gangotri early morning, we asked for warm drinking water and tea but could not get. Hospitality: next day, i conveyed the same to the manager via whatsapp text. And i must appreciate the gesture of the manager who ensured all the shortcomings were taken care of. The rooms were changed to a better view, bathrooms were clean, service was prompt and we did not face any problem later. Staff: after complaint to the manager, the staff became very cordial and supportive. Complimentary breakfast was tasty and served hot. Overall experience: 2/5 (before complaint) 4/5 (after complaint) practical tip: just talk to the manager if you face any problem. He is gem of a person.

I was looking for a place in harshil near river and i found this place while checking out pics i realised it is almost over the river and because of the pic i had to stay here. A place with beautiful view of river and you can just sit for hours in the balcony. Best part is waking up in the morning to a mesmerizing view of river and sun light falling over it. When i woke up it was such a beautiful view as if like the ganga ji is almost like flowing through your room. Amazing!

Loved the view from the hotel. It was very peaceful sleeping to the sound of the flowing ganga. The rooms very clean. The staff were very polite. Will definitely stay here next time.

This hotel was very easy to locate as its on the main road, view from the room and balcony was extremely beautiful, you can see the river flowing down below at the back side of the hotel and can hear the soothing sound of flowing river all the time. Check in process was very smooth and quick, staff has greeted with a smile and helped with shifting my luggage without even asking. The room was good and bed was very comfy with fresh linens, washroom was big and clean and available with geyser. Special thanks to piyush and his staff who ensured to keep my stay memorable due to their hospitality and alway ready to offer any sort of help if needed. Strongly recommended

River view is great. Room was good. Breakfast is also good. They help in return journey hotel is around 20 km from temple in uttarkashi route.
