The property location is central but the quality of rooms, linens restaurants services are below average. Choices of food is very limited. They do not have adequate manpower because of which services are delayed. The house keeping is horrible. Condition of room is bad and they are too small to stay. Overall not worth they are charging.

Good Stay
4 for service and 3. 8 for the food. The room was clean and generally very good value for money. Good location. Staff are very helpful. Registration process is quick. All in all i can recommend it for a comfortable stay!

Rooms bathrooms are very dirty even door lock is broken. I booked room with breakfast and breakfast is not available in the hotel

Poor Stay
groupA very bad experience in this hotel. First this hotel needs repairing because locks are broken, the wall and doors are in very bad condition. Towels are so dirty that we have to keep them out of the room. I will personally advise not to book this hotel. Only the staff was good. After complaining they changed one room.

Terrible Stay
It was terrible. Pictures looked completely different than the reality. Washroom was horrible. No hygine and absolute zero sanitation. Walls all dirty and bedsheet wait h all stains. Not even changed. Horrible it was

Pathetic experience
Hotal shubham is pathetic experience i have so far. I would suggest to make my trip team please visit once room no. 103 there. I am sure you will be shocked. Washroom has no water supplies taps broken no bucket available also, this availability was there when i told to pay 200rs. Extra. I am sure you will take action on it. Thanks
