dear team room quality is very poor there is no chair and table no tv even no privacy and mattress is very poor quality next time we're not going this hotel

Worst experience hotel was not at all it was shown in mmt pictures and staff was very bad.

This hotel is not a hotel its like a house with really bad conditions, with no facility, no towel, no toiletry nothing, There was no washroom in the room, No balcony, everything was very dirty, even the bedding and there was a bad smell in the room and the staff was very rude and there were not cooperative at all ,

The stay was not good The property owner offered us a room with seperate washroom since it was mentioned that they Will offer usnroom with washroom it was unfair And for other rooms he asked us to pay It was really disappointing

Room was not cleaned before I checked in even in evening. The bedsheets and blanket were not clean. No kettle in room. AC cooling not effective, Fan speed is slow. One good thing was responsive and helpful staff.

1. Absolutely arrogant staff. 2. What you booked will not even match 1% to actual property check images. 3. Torn and dirty towels & bedsheets 4. unwashed pillow covers for many stays (literally black) 5. Unclean Bathrooms and Furniture. 6. Stinky rooms with Damp walls. 7. Locked doors may not open again with Keys, be careful. 8. If you book it with Breakfast you will not get it. 10. No Toiletries 11. Rooms are with full of dust on floor

I booked the standard room without ac over the booking there is no mention that the washroom is in common area which is accessible by everyone and the room condition is also not good so for an upgrade i have to pay an extra amount to get a better room since i want an attached washroom. The upgraded room is a deluxe room with a balcony attached with a view of the building. Room condition was okay okay. No network present in the room and wifi speed is also slow. Overall experience - average

861 rupees wasted, very tiny room without ventilation, no attached bathroom with room, common bathroom, using multiple persons, no hand wash in bathroom, geyser not in function, dirty bathroom, food oh h my god, waste of money, nothing is there which is applicable, mm t making a customer fool, i will never book my hotel through mmt, worst service ever
