Review Of Hotel Shivani Inn

Overall experience is bad, since there are no facilities like Power, Hot water, Towel and Soup etc.

In Google I have searched for good hotels their I have got this hotel so it's good .

Still GST bill not provided, only Rs. 2000 bill given without company name and GST no. I have paid Rs. 2825 to MMT. Please check and confirm

It was good hotel. Room is good and hygiene. Food service was good. Amenities was ok. Need to improve

Hotel rooms and bathroom were unhygienic, bathroom was worst, no lift in the hotel. The control of ac is with person in reception, guest have to inform him to turn on every time

Room cleanence is very bad and bathroom we facing water issue after inforn reception there is no one take initiate. Totally this is first time in my life bad experience this type of hotel

Hotel staff is very rude behavior. Specifically Manager Mr. Shan. No hot water. We had come a long way with little children. However, manager Mr. Shan said that you are not booking. Hold for 2 hours. The room, clothes, toilet, etc. was extremely dirty. One thing was said after several times. My request to Make my trip is, Don't put such a hotel on your list. It also hurts your reputation.

No hot water till 7 am. Fan did not work. Flush did not work. They changed the room twice. Worst hotel to stay.

The room was spacious with beautiful painted walls. Location was easy to locate and convenient. The front desk and reception people were helpful and good. Overall a good place to stay if you are on budget.
