rooms are dirty, the worst bathroom and towel are not washed.. staff coordination is very poor

I couldn’t stay over night in this hotel due to very dirty linens, pillow covers had hairs of male & female with stains all over it and terrible toilet conditions. I’d asked for towel thrice but received all with stains in it, finally decided to make change in plan and leave from this dirty place rather than staying over night. I feel MMT has no responsibility on listing a property on its platform and I have raised a complaint for the same. You can see the pictures along with review to figure out the fact!

Room was clean and staff were very much helpful. Enjoyed the stay at Nakshatr hotel it’s very near to ksrtc bus stand

Improve bathroom amenities like showers. Keep body gel, clean towels fan was not working properly good food

1. The hotel upon reaching did not have rooms as per the reception. 2. ⁠It was already late (10pm). we started arguing. They gave us 2 rooms which dint lock from outside. Lock handle broken. Rooms were dirty. Bathrooms dirty. Bed, pillows, quilt all dirty. 3. ⁠underground parking lot very dirty, sewage smell everywhere. 4. ⁠staff behaviour was apologetic but irresponsible. 5. ⁠overall it was a horrible experience.

Bad maintenance. No social distancing. Collected money for early check-in as well as late check-out.

Pathetic, felt like not to prefer make my trip for selecting hotel.

Worst hotel to stay along with family zero hygiene, poor reception helpdesk, executive was very rude. No lift facility. Overall experience worst.
