Good Stay
This place is good with all basic amenities. It is value for your money. On the flip side some rooms facing the main road are very noisy, no lift available to go to upper floors.

Bad stay
First of all, reception did not know that we have booked through make my trip. They charged 800 rs more as we had 2 kids with us. They denied to give receipt for 800 bugs. No hot water at 830 only when asked, we were told to waste 2 buckets of water to get hot water very irresponsibly. Finally hot water did not come at all. I don’t know how many buckets of water gets wasted to get hot water by all guests put together. Finally a disgusting stay

Worst experience ever
Worst staff behavior, they do not even care about customer, they think we are taking away their property, every-time they were like not available, talking rudely very rudely, no hot water facility throughout, only 7am to 9am hot water is available, dirty rooms and linens, staff dont even respond properly, they spoke very rudely in call also, make my trip should not show such hotels in app and should make changing the hotel option available if customer is not satisfied by the booked hotel, please don't ruin your time snd money by staying here

I had a pleasant experience at Hotel starting from welcome to check out. As the Hotel is old furniture are to be repaired. As one of the bed was making a sound when I move. Bathroom was clean.

Soiled bed-sheets and unclean commode are the last things you would like to put up with, irrespective of what you have paid. 2 stars for clean towel though.
