Worst staff behavior, they do not even care about customer, they think we are taking away their property, every-time they were like not available, talking rudely very rudely, no hot water facility throughout, only 7am to 9am hot water is available, dirty rooms and linens, staff dont even respond properly, they spoke very rudely in call also, make my trip should not show such hotels in app and should make changing the hotel option available if customer is not satisfied by the booked hotel, please don't ruin your time snd money by staying here
