It is a bad experience indeed in hotel viswa, gadag. Even the toilet closets and washbasins were not cleaned. They are reluctant to give bath towels and got it only on demand. The people in reception do not know any language other than kannada and the communication with them becomes difficult. It will be good for customers if make my trip avoids such a hotel from the list, so as to 'protect' their customers.

The customer service was good, rooms are pretty good. Food quality is good. Location is very convenient, hotel is located in the main junction of Gadag. I check-in at around 2 Am at night and the owner was very helpful.
