There are many reasons 1. I request for early check in which was taken consider early resulting late jyotirlinga darshan. 2. Room was not clean properly hair was there everywhere, room service didnot taken action again, we have cleaned using tissue paper. 3. Room service was very poor, No packed mineral water was there, No towels and soap was given on second day. in short as per price it was not worth. I will not book again using makemytrip.

Very dirty room, toilet bed. Never book this hotel. Only location good....,,,

Room service was very bad, hot water was too hot dirty that to in every tap . I was unable to take bath . Never seen that normal water was not coming from any tap. Food is limited choice and not good in taste but only one thing is good that was location

Food totally disappointed, they are provide 120rs basic Tali and 50 rs worth Poha,, no hot water in one room and drinking water bottle and not working power plugs..for charging a mobile and it’s too expensive

Property loxation was near from Temple. Rooms & wash rooms were not properly cleaned. I do not hv any proof photo of hotel property. I stayed with my family members but got ver bad / poor experience abou wash room. Wash rooms were not neat and clean. Bed sheets and towels also were not properly cleaned. There was no parking facility available. We parked our vehicle about one km away from the hotel on own chargeable basis. While Check out there was no service available for carrying our luggage.

We booked for room with extra bed for three. We were given matress which is not at all good to sleep on, and told to arrange ourselves. He didn't even arrange for sleeping. Asked for atleast double matress to put one over another and told it's chargeable again. We paid 2700 for one night stay! We were promised soap, drinking water in room. But nothing was provided. TV, phone for name sake. Nothing works if we want to call reception too. Zero facilities provided. We booked room with extra bed for 3 ppl. We were given a very cheap matress and blanket asked to arrange ourselves.. TV, phone are for name sake. Don't work, atleast to make call to reception Coming to the facilities, soap, drinking water, nothing provided, inspite of asking for

bath room has no exhaust fan, service boys do not take your luggage to your vehicles ..which is 20 metre away from the hotel main gate property has parking problem of car,

There was no food option, very rude behaviour of the hotel, very warm and humid

Hotel stay is okay. Rooms are okay. Manageable. Advisable to book directly for cheaper rates

Pros : Helpful staff Average stay experience Cons: Room size is small no good hygiene, cockroach roaming in the room little expensive booking. they offered the same room in 1500 restaurant food quality is not good. Do not book the breakfast but they are very helpful and courteous. this is why I am giving an average rating otherwise I would have rated poor.

Location is good but congested, amenities normal, food was good,didn’t provide even water bottle.Lift was not proper, in cupboard dirty pillows were placed.

Horrible is the understatement. Despite multiple requests , toilet were not cleaned even at the time of checkin, no hot water till 515am( we had to go to temple at 5am). Horrible services overall

The condition and position of the room is bad. The bed sheets provided are dirty. Hospitality is poor. Another issue is the room rent. Whether for the same type of room next to my room, the hotel shivanand has taken 1, 500/ in cash. You can verify from the hotel authority. refund the difference amount.

Room is good. Bed is good. 200m nearby trimbkeshser temple but no hot water for bath in morning also

Breakfast was pathetic. Delay in room service. Otherwise room was clean. Hot water available from 5 am.
