HOTEL TRIPLE A

Its a huge property with big rooms but not maintained well. They need to focus on hygiene. The intercom was not working, the restaurant was closed, there were no tissues, dustbin provided. The jet spray was leaking.

All facilities are available at triveni hotel in trumbkeshwar but disk t. V. Pack was not arranged by triveni hotel manager and honour only led tv was kept in the hotel's room.

Rooms are spacious but cleanliness is below par. Housekeeping isn’t available on most occasions. Parking space is large. Located very close to the temple, so that’s an advantage too. Restaurant has probably been shut down but there are plenty of places around. Overall, not worth the tariff it quotes.

The hotel was not sanitized nor it was cleaned properly. Housekeeping facilities are not available. There was no electricity back-up with the hotel. Plus no additional kits like soap, shampoo or any other toiletries were provided. If maintained properly the hotel could go in a long run! there is close to no management and the existing is extremely inactive, irresponsive and poor. Highly unprofessional

The hotel was completely in bad condition. They have removed telephones from all rooms, so there is no room service. My bathroom's tap was almost broken - i had walk down to reception to let them know that the tap cannot be closed and water is flowing. Hot water wasnt available during early morning. There were no hangers in the almira, and staff didnt have them also. Not sure, but may be because of covid the hotel seems to be not maintained and looks to save cost on every little thing.

The rooms were not clean. No hygiene was maintained. On asking to change rooms, were told no other room was available while clearly rooms were empty. No that's it.

I had booked hotel from the pictures they have uploaded in reality the hotel is just a show off. No staff not a good quality food bed were not clean nasty smell of washroom leakage broken furniture no morning tea no security no security for parked vehicles

there were no cleanliness , dusting was not done , unhygienic ,used pillow covers ,bed sheet they have served .. whatever facilities showed hardly 20 % facilities were available in hotel like teliphone ,tv not working etc ..overall worst experience..👎
