Plus point is. Close to bus stand minus point. Don't have kitchen linens are not clean enough

Staff was good near bus station easy to reach hygiene was good room supportive staff and bathroom was hygienic

Staff behaviour and, hotel management, service is good

Hotel staff and management was surprised when i reached there no one aware they have a booking for particular day all rooms are collapsed, didn't provided room key staff told they lost key, not even any little shop in washroom for hand wash in this corona pandemic, i think hotel manager and staff doesn't know what is hospitality and hygiene. No drinking water regular / bottle in room tv, fan, hot water, even door lock was not working i didn't see any drop of sanitize r in entire hotel in my two nights stay. When entered in room my wife was surprised to see the condition of rooms and washroom. There was no glass or any cover in washroom window and full fill of dust and dirt and noise of drillers mechanism
Management and staff don't know what is hospitality.

Hotels in small cities depend on daily travelling. Owner and staff was good and cooperative but were very conservative.
