There is a outstanding environment in the hotel. Hospitality is outstanding. The staff are very cooperative and attentive. All time hot water and cold water available in the bathroom. The overall rating is excellent.

The hotel was average overall. The main drawbacks were poor service and a badly maintained bathroom with a damaged shower. However, the location is convenient, as it is within walking distance to the Sai Baba Temple.

Poor Stay
Frequent power issues. Rooms smelled stinky and no fresh air, full of smoke smell. Bed bugs in mattress. No hot water,no toiletries. Everytime we need to call couple of times for anything we want. Staffs were not professional they were simply laughing and when we asked for change of room they simply said that the room is occupied and also they said the rate double from the actual price in the site. Never wish to book again there.

The experience of mine in kiara shirdi park inn hotel was poor because the bathroom mirror was broken, the toiletries were not provided as mentioned at booking time,and complementary tea or coffee was not served, the bed has big hole, and the biggest problem was light were too dim and the lamp was fluctuating continuously. The hotel is very close to the temple which is a big advantage but the hotel should have a good exterior and interior, it should be considered...The recepsanist was very good and helpful, the bathroom was clean but smelled a lot, the room was good but needs to be improved a little more.

Property food is not good and complimentary breakfasts are not proper and was no complimentary hi-tea . Location ok. No extra facilities are there. The room is big but not clean, The bathroom is not clean and the toilet is not in a working position.
