Need lot of improvement in room. Bed quality is not good at all. Food quality can be better

these are fraud. at the time of checkin they refused to have any booking from make my trip. on insisting they found it but refused to give room. later shifted to a cheap hotel. very bad experience

They cancel-led my booking. We not stay at that hotel. Without getting information they informing after cancellation period over.

Staff behaviour was nice and courteous. Little hygiene & cleanliness required.

I reached late but staff is very co operative and they were waiting for me

Rooms were good. No running hot water. Complementary breakfast not suitable even for a beggar. General food is great. Lot of scope for this Hotel to improve to attract business travellers. Ofcourse they can only depend on business travellers because of location
