Bedsheets were torned, towels were not that clean, there was no dental kit, we had to purchase the water bottle it wasn’t there in room already. The bedsheets were torned, not so clean, the blanket was also not clean, the provided center table was broken inside.

I stayed at this place for one night. It's a kind of lodge did not give me the feeling of a hotel. Rooms are also ok ok type. Not properly maintained.

Terrible experience
I reached hotel with my parents at 2 am in the morning late night and the receptionist started bothering us with questions regarding check out time. It was mentioned in the booking check out time was 11 am. He said we need to check out at 8 am. No toileteries, water bottle were provided. Bed was dirty and washroom smelt really bad. I booked super deluxe room and it was not even a proper hotel room.

Very nice hotel
It was very nice hotel with good room and location. Room was neat and clean. Also food was really nice. Staff were courteous and polite. It was totally a pleasant place to stay.
