Property was very accessible from Town. It was clean and staff is also Courteous. We had a breakfast included, the breakfast buffet was also very nice. Over all 5 stars

To be honest, there are still some aspects of this property that could use some enhancement. Let me provide a few examples for you. 1 - The room was quite pleasant, and the atmosphere was fitting for a middle-class family. However, you must request basic amenities like house slippers from the reception. 2 - The room temperature was comfortable when we arrived, which is a plus since it felt refreshing. However, the AC remote was missing batteries, making it challenging to adjust the temperature after five hours. Overall, we had a wonderful family trip to Aurangabad with a delightful stay. I want to highlight that the restaurant manager was very courteous and kindly offered us access to the rooftop area. Unfortunately, I can't remember his name. The restaurant service was a bit slow, but he did his utmost to ensure customer satisfaction. My brother and I had a fantastic time relaxing in a cool, vibrant place. Additionally, the restaurant manager was very polite as he served us breakfast when there was no waiter available at that moment. While serving, he first asked to touch your phone. That kind of character deserves greater success. I would be glad to give him a tip if he happens to see this comment, as it would enhance my trip even more.

Stayed here with my family during my visit to Shirdi and Girishneshwar Jyotirlinga. Rooms are spacious and have good ambience. Restaurant is also amazing and they serve good food. Spread of their complementary breakfast is also decent.

The stay was good, and the staff's behavior was also good. What I didn’t like was a taste of the food and the variety in breakfast. Same feedback I had given to hotel staff as well

Hotel needs to be maintained properly; mosquitoes were there in the room.. Shower was not working, food quality needs to be better..

The Hotel is decent. If you are travelling for a short amount of days its okay. Rooms were clean . I wish they had better service in restaurant. We ordered grilled sandwiches but they mentioned the griller was not working. Things like this shows a bit of unpreparedness and unprofessional.

Tap was not working in the bathroom. Geyser was old, got rust and not working. Bathroom size was small.

Locationwise its good as it is highway touch so as I travelled for business it helped me a lot. Food was average. Service is very slow. You have to remind 2 or 3 times to get anything resolved. Frequent power disconnection but due to generator it was not affected.

Medium budget hotel, location is near to highway ,cleanliness of the room is good. The restaurant is OK, and bathroom accessories are very limited. Parking is available.

It’s a nice little hotel with about 15 rooms. Close to the highway and away from noise. Small but good enough restaurant and friendly staff Newer hotel so no pungent smells and good maintenance

Propert was good & fresh. Room service was also quick & service personnel were also polite & receptive. Good quality was also good. Breakfast items could have been better. Overall experience was good about staying at Opulence Hotel & the transaction through makemy trip was hassle free.
