The washroom was not clean. There were leakage in the wash basin. The double bed was not appropriate for senior citizens. The singale bed for third person was okay. No complimentary water bottle. The staff was cooperative and helpful. The washroom was not clean. There was leakage in the washbasin. The washroom was always wet. The towels were old although washed. Worst hotel, unclean room, washrooms were to dirty, hot water post 7:30 am, blanket and bed sheet were so dirty and unclean, please avoid these hotel

Washrooms are not clean, fresh bedsheets were not provided, pillows and beds have lot of stains on them

The experience was terrible. The hotel was far away different from the images. There was pathetic room service. The condition of the bathroom was so unhygienic and they did not even clean it before giving the room to us. There were no basic amenities in the room. The property was also very shady. I would never suggest anyone to visit that hotel.

Location : very good. It's very near to zoo and garden and good food services nearby. Amenities: good wrt payment. Ser vices: scope for improvement. Still not bad at all.

It was good. Rooms were clean. Ac was also working fine. Only problem was there was no toilet paper in the washroom provided by them and there was no pressure in the jet spray. Apart from that. All the other things were perfectly fine. Suitable for 1 or 2 nights.

Nice stay as i was stay 3 days and excellent atmosphere, not disturbance, staff was very good and calm, bathroom was also clean, manager is humble.

I was selected family room but get normal room, location is very good, staff is good. Tea was not good.

Room ambience was not good, toilet exhaust not working. Many places wall paper / paint torn. Bedding was provided 2 hours after request while having frequent follow-up. Hot water started at 7 am despite request.

Rooms overcharged. There was no proper provision for kids. Bed was small as well. Drinking water, news paper was not provided. Lots of cracks in wall and color was not proper. The food we ordered from canteen was horrible. The same room was charged me double without giving any extra facility to my kids. Overall experience was very bad. I was allocated room no 206. I didn't take any photo inside room.
