Hotel Modi Samrat

"The hotel is neat and clean, and the staff are very supportive. Whenever I needed extra time, they kindly accommodated me." This is one of the recommended hotel in Aurangabad . They guid you perfectly.

We booked room for family 4 members. Room was specious enough to accommodate 4 members comfortably. Hotel was near to bus stand and has good connectivity. However cleanliness was not up to the mark. Toilet was not cleaned properly, bedsheet was dirty.

Location is very close CBS bus stand. And services were fine. Hospitality is very good.

AC was not effective. Even after complain, there was no reaction from Reception.

The hotel facilities were old and poorly maintained. The air conditioning unit was broken, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable. The front desk staff were indifferent and unhelpful. Room not clean properly and room not mentain as per Room charge

Toilet are attached on rooms one can, no any precaution of safety. No exhaust fan. No soap and Shampoo

Overall it is ok for one day stay but there is no cleaning we found hairs everywhere so i don’t recommend this hotel to new travellers rather go for air bnb

Good stay for a short period. They gave us early check in and room was neat and hot water available. We had to check out early the same day so post request they dint charge extra for early check in charges.

Hotel was clean and maintained . Rooms and washrooms were also clean and hygienic. Room was spacious with all basic amenities like tea, coffee , kettle , water, TV , all out etc
