Strictly ok!
Very average sort of rooms. Due to uncleanliness in a room, i asked for another room which they eventually allotted me. The staff is lethargic; one must call the reception twice or sometimes even thrice for anything you need. The location of the hotel is good, centrally placed in the city.

Room service is very poor. Sanitation and cleaning is terrible. Restaurant service is not proper. It's requires proper response towards customer. toilet and bed sheet which was dirty.

familyHotel is located at the heart of the city near central bus stand. Overall ambience and stay is ok, but food and service is pathetic. During breakfast it is chaotic and mess, didn't have much choice of food.

I have change the room as earliest booking of the room is very small and not very good to feel and vibrations. So i have chnage the room and paid extra amount to the hotel.

Excellent experienced
Hotel is easy to accessible and staff is very kind and location is perfect. You can take meal and park you vehicle also including car and rooms are found near and clean

Good hotel
I visited aurangabad city with family for tourism. Booked hotel, it was nice most amazing is the location of the hotel. Easily accessible. Bustand is walkable. It is very close to zoo.

Poor service
businessBathroom not clean and hotel staff very arrogant, rude. They do not have manners how to treat the customers. I ordered the food for two times in there hotel, for both the time i got small stones and small pieces of steel wire food was very dangerous. Be careful before booking this hotel.

Good Stay
Rooms are clean, specious, nice place to stay. Paid foods are excellent in taste but complimentary breakfast is poor quality. Room service is also not good. Generator service is very bad.

Location of the hotel is very good.
I stayed it h family for 3 nights. The service of the hotel is very poor. The lizard in the washroom were run8ng frequently as the ceiling of wc are not sealed properly. The staff are not professionals. Room-service is not good. I will never recommend any known person for this hotel.
