This is the second time I have booked room via MMT. The experience was bad this time. Some of the reasons are listed below: 1) At the time of booking there were two types of room. I have booked a room which has some additional facilities like sleepers, newspaper, toilet papers etc. But the hotel did not provided all these facilities. I asked them, they denied. I felt deceived. 2) First they allotted me a room in which the flush was not working. Then they changed it on my complain. But in the second room the tap was broken and the water was coming back from the drain. After all this I felt that I have been deceived. I have paid such a high amount for that hotel which does not deserve it. At-least there should be compensation of that amount which MMT has charged on behalf of sleepers, toilet papers, newspapers etc. It is your (MMT) responsibility to contact the hotel before showing such types of details of facilities which they are not providing and you are charging for that. I have taken pictures of broken tap and leaked drain as proof.
