Excellent Stay
I had a very comfortable stay at hotel shanti inn . The room was clean and well organized. The food was delicious, & the staff was polite & attentive. Overall atmosphere was peaceful & welcoming. Highly recommended for a pleasent stay.

Wonderful stay at hotel
We had a wonderful stay at this property with our kids! The reception team's behavior was exceptional, and the location near the railway station and fort market was super convenient. The property was impressively clean, and the food was delicious. This was our third visit, and we were consistently impressed. Highly recommend for a comfortable family stay!

Poor Stay
The property is located in residential colony. There is a picture framing factory on ground floor. Only 11 small rooms on first floor.There is no restaurant. Fixed menu only veg with very limited items. Absolutely overpriced. Not worth 750 per day also.

The ground-floor business you mentioned operates independently and does not impact the functioning our hotel. All essential details about our property — including the number of rooms, and amenities — are clearly listed on the booking platforms. You could have easily reviewed this information online before making your reservation. Regarding the dining experience, we offer a separate dining area for guests and serve verities of dishes at prices appropriate for our hotel category. As clearly displayed at reception and communicated during check-in, non-vegetarian food is not permitted on the premises. This policy is in place to respect the ethos of our establishment. Regarding the price, we believe the value we offer is absolutely fair. We appreciate honest reviews, but if a review gives misleading information we feel it's important to correct it and clarify the truth. Thank you.

Customer attraction is not so good also service is not better, food quality is very bad in room water bottle do not have.

Regarding your recent stay and refund request (the issue which you forgot to mention) — since the booking was made through MakeMyTrip (MMT), any changes or refunds need to be processed directly with them. We had advised you to follow their procedure, as only MMT can authorize a refund or send us a formal request. In terms of service, we always strive to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we've done our best to maintain that standard. Concerning the food mentioned in your complaint, we checked our records and found that no such order was placed. Amazing hotel stay
We stay at this property and it's a very nice property. With market ,fort,railway ,station all facilities nearby. Food was also good, staff was very coperative and service was very fast ...... l recommend this property for your stay in Bikaner

My stay at the hotel( shanti inn) was extremely good. The room was clean & spacious and it's washroom was also clean. The location was also perfect and nearby railway station with access to major attractions and market

The food is excellent, cleanness is good, staff is very corporative, location is fine. Cushion chairs should be in the rooms and tea coffee sachets can upgrade the standard. Overall a good stay.

familyI stayed there for a night on way to jaisalmer from delhi and checked out early morning. Toilet is clean but the bed sheets and pillow covers needed to be more clean. It’s good for one night stay.

Good hotel for family stay
Everything was good, though room size for triple occasions is small. Owner and staff was humble and eager to make everything comfortable

Excellent Stay
Very comfortable room, bed. Bathroom works fine. Very, very good hospitality, nice behavior, helpful staff. The food is simple and "home cooked" style. Very nice. I will stay there again, next time when i go to bikaner. 4. 5 out of 5.
