The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the city. My family and I stayed in a Super Deluxe room, which was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The washroom was hygienic and in great condition. The support staff were extremely helpful and courteous throughout our stay. The food was also enjoyable with good variety and taste. Overall, a wonderful choice if you're looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly hotel. Highly recommended!

Very nice experience. Completely value for money, rooms were clean and good. The whole staff was very good and service was extremely good and fast. It's one of the best options if you want a pocket friendly stay.

Hotel was good with clean rooms. Staff were humble and polite.

The hotel Rooms are ok. Service is also manageable. However the breakfast is inadequate and felt stale. Things seemed to be reheated and served and did not look fresh.

Breakfast spread is very limited. The first day items were modified and served in the second day breakfast menu. The bhaturas provided in the breakfast were not properly fried and were raw. When pointed out, the staff said that ‘they are like that only’ . The hotel staff were not able to provide basic information like the famous markets or places to visit in Bikaner. The staff had to be constantly reminded about water, tea and sugar packets to be brought. Very rude and nonresponsive staff.

Property location is good, city main market is around 1km from hotel. Staff is very co -operative. Room was neat & clean and proper hygiene maintained. Food quality average. Overall stay was good and it is family friendly property.

I stayed with my family for one night. This hotel is very close to railway station and recommended for short stay as rooms are clean and spacious but property is bit old and need revamping.
