Hotel Marudhar Palace

I recently stayed at Marudhar Palace Hotel in Bikaner, and my experience was truly pleasant. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, which made the entire stay even more comfortable. The staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, offering a cozy atmosphere after a long day of travel. The room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring that everything I needed was just a call away. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious food — every meal was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the quality and taste were impressive. Overall, I had a great experience at Marudhar Palace Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bikaner for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very nice experience. Completely value for money, rooms were clean and good. The whole staff was very good and service was extremely good and fast. It's one of the best options if you want a pocket friendly stay.

Hotel was good with clean rooms. Staff were humble and polite.

The hotel Rooms are ok. Service is also manageable. However the breakfast is inadequate and felt stale. Things seemed to be reheated and served and did not look fresh.

Breakfast spread is very limited. The first day items were modified and served in the second day breakfast menu. The bhaturas provided in the breakfast were not properly fried and were raw. When pointed out, the staff said that ‘they are like that only’ . The hotel staff were not able to provide basic information like the famous markets or places to visit in Bikaner. The staff had to be constantly reminded about water, tea and sugar packets to be brought. Very rude and nonresponsive staff.

Property location is good, city main market is around 1km from hotel. Staff is very co -operative. Room was neat & clean and proper hygiene maintained. Food quality average. Overall stay was good and it is family friendly property.

I stayed with my family for one night. This hotel is very close to railway station and recommended for short stay as rooms are clean and spacious but property is bit old and need revamping.

Super deluxe room was really a very average room. It was struggle to get a comb. Loose connection of wiring for ac which was making continuous sound

Hotel is fine but approachable road is in bad condition. Don't give all toilatries so should keep with self. Though arrangements are there for room tea and coffee but no filling of stuffs for those so haveto go out for tea and coffee
