Room was clean but they didn't offered basic amenities like water. Blankets were smelling. Taken price for AC room but AC wasn't working. Felt a bit higher on price as compared to quality.

Hotels is very good but hot water is not good

Low facilities, not according to money, hot water is not available, food is very costly, wash kit not available.

Stay was very clean, cooperative staff, good food, fast room service. I will strongly recommend this Hotel. In case of repeat visit to Bikaner I will stay here only.

We did not see any female there as a tourist or traveller.

Overall stay was OK. Rooms are spacious in reasonable price, however some basic amenities and services needs to be improved. Towel and hand towel was provided on request not arranged prior to check-in, shampoo than wash etc. Shall be provided as all this items normally all other hotels are providing now a days. Although it is winter season but I booked super deluxe room which is without AC this needs attention by hotel management. Rest location wise it is good as near by various restaurants, local transport etc. Easily available.

It is on the highway, we wanted to just spend a night before we reach to Delhi on our trip back from Jaisalmer. Rooms were big, they offered us 3 bed rooms which were spacious. Don’t give any toilet amenities, what I remember is that they give just two soaps. Very average stay in terms of rooms. Lift was there to reach your floor.

Elevator/Lift not functional. Room flooring not cleaned after several reminders. Very less options for dinner and not serving even salads and curd unless you asks. Waiters giving reason that this is Jain restaurant so not serving onions and pickles etc. Restaurant facility and service not at all good, unprofessional representatives, overall poor service.

It was very good stay at the hotel .. Little bit too far from the railway station .. The guy at the reception Karan Singh Bhati was a good men he allowed me stay till 6pm although my check out time was 12pm ... Because our return train is at 7pm ... Many thanks for him ...
