We were a group of 4 couples and stayed for 3 nights. Our experience at this heritage property was amazing. The hotel is excellent, service is outstanding and the decor is royal. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay here. However, we have only one observation to share which is regarding the buffet breakfast which was included with our room. On all 3 days it was the same choice which was very limited. Although the food quality is great, but more choices should be made available to guests and menu repetition should be avoided at all costs.

The stay at Lallgarh palace was comfortable, peaceful and enjoyable. However, breakfast was disappointing and priced steeply for the offerings. A la carte dinner was excellent except for pizza. We were promised authentic Italian Pizza but were instead served home-style pizza with processed cheese and not mozzarella.

Terrible Hygiene, Avoid! While the hotel's architecture was good, the service was poor and the hygiene was unacceptable. We had rats in our room (even after two room changes!) that ate my wife's medicine. Plus, all the rooms smelled awful.

We understand the concern regarding hot water coming through the taps in summer — this often happens due to the extreme outside temperatures affecting the overhead water tanks. However, we’re working on an improved pipeline insulation system to minimize this issue in the future. Regarding the room size and cooling time, as our rooms are spacious, it may take a little longer for the cooling to stabilize, but we’ll make sure our team pre-cools rooms before guest check-ins wherever possible. We also regret the delay in services and the initial yellow water issue you faced. We've immediately taken this up with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure quicker responses and proper water line flushing before guest arrivals. It is a heritage property so you not only stay there but also immerse in the nostalgia of a bygone era. Rooms are huge and comfortable. Staff is courteous and just a call away. Food is also good. Overall had a very nice time. Next time I am in Bikaner will definitely stay here.

The hotel was excellent but when we checked in they gave us non-entitled room which was not comfortable, hot water was not coming from the tap. When we complained they gave us entitled room. Rest was good. I didn't clicked images. This thought was not came into my mind because the next day they changed the room.
