The hotel has a decent bldg and nice rooms. there is a geyser in the delux room and it works whenever you want. toilet is clean. there is a table to put your suitcase and a cabinet with hangers to hang your clothes. did not have food there. location is near Bikaner Railway junction. road out side the hotel is broken into bumps and dents. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room and bathroom were clean. The entire property is clean and well kept the service is excellent. Food and service at the restaurant is very good. We would suggest to improve quality of toiletries and facility for parking to get the property in the top notch. The staff can be given a nice uniform too.
