Hotel parking was very odd located and was flooded. Hotel floors were seemingly haunted. Continuous renovation work (sound) was going on till late night which was irritating.

however, i found the place other way. the moment you step in, the disappointment starts. shabby reception with poorly dressed boys are available to greet you. the room walls are not clean, bedsheets stained. power sockets not working. bathroom is not clean with dirty buckets, shower panel not working, geyser not working, foot mat / towel torn and dirty etc. in the evening, i enquired about breakfast timing at the reception as i was to checkout by 9 am to which i got a cold reply in hindi which meant - "you will at least get bread and butter by that time. the dining area is dirty with broken ceiling, dirty tables. the breakfast timings displayed in the room is 8 am onwards. as i had to leave early by 9 am, reached the dining hall for breakfast at 8.30 am. it was deserted. when i asked for breakfast, a shabbily dressed person who was severely coughing and sneezing without taking precautions said it is not yet time and it would be ready after 9 am. when questioned, they arranged some stuff. the idly served was half cooked and sambhar still raw and uncooked. this person who was unwell did the serving. the ceiling was damaged. through the stay felt lack of security.

There was cleaning issue, ants and insects roaming inside the room. Food quality also was not good. And some kind of smell arise in the room. And after complain they were changed my room but semis smell issue was in the entire rooms.

I found a blade in the wc pot inside the room. Room is fine for the money they are charging. Was decent clean. Located just in front of the railway station. Nice stay for business travellers. Food was not good. I got stomach cramps after having dinner.
