Review Of Hotel Bhanwar Niwas (Rampuria Haveli)

Beautiful haveli that has been converted to a 26 room hotel. It is resplendent with artworks, antique furniture painted walls and high painted ceilings. The bathrooms are dated but clean and functional. Oil room heaters were provided wich made the rooms cosy. It transports you to a bygone era. The food was simple vegetarian fare but cooked with care and was delicious. The staff is polite and efficient. The only drawback is the location. The narrow lanes leading to it are difficult to navigate in a vehicle. We had to walk about 500 m to the hotel with our baggage which is a bit daunting. ( the hotel staff did help though)

Superbly renovated haveli at the very heart of old bikaner. Incredible large and beautiful room, with all facilities. Lovely, helpful and thoughtful staff. Excellent restaurant and breakfast- perfectly clean and conveniently located to visit bikaner which is very much worth spending a whole day to visit ! we enjoyed our stay very much and we would definitely come back next time. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very beautiful, with many historical relics, decorations and paintings. The only drawback is that the hot water is burned with wood and it is easy to run out of hot water for a shower.

Location is in the old city which makes driving in through the narrow gullies in a large car a nightmare! however, a reward awaits the persistent, the haveli is well preserved and maintained, without commercial hotel feel. Food freshly prepared. We stayed only one night and did not avail of the other services. A parking lot outside the old city with auto rickshaw shuttle service carrying luggage would make the property attractiver for guests

The hotel is good but the main problem is that it is not accessible by car. You will have to get down from your car and get a auto to rec h the hotel. This is really a big negative for such a fine hotel. This becomes even more cumbersome when you have luggage.

It was memorable stay. Hospitality was very good. Food was great. Property is amazing.

The location of the Hotel is very hard to find. Road is very narrow. Hotel is very costly, its not Worth it value for money. There is no digital mode of payment. What I liked is ambience and atmosphere is nice, we roamed Around the Haveli to find out ancient art and architecture. Good for couple stay.

Time well spent. Would like to visit again.

Went there with one of my friend, enjoyed the royal stay there. Fewer food options however, the property is situated in old City area, the approach roads are very congested. But once you get inside the property it's a different experience altogether. Staff was every helpful, enjoyed a lot

A big cheer to the Rampurias for preserving our heritage. Our stay was extremely comfortable and we were well taken care of.
