Rooms are not good as described. No breakfast. Service is very very poor. The staffs has no humanity. I will not recommend to promote the hotel in your eavesite.

The room was good we stayed in the 7 bedroom room but there was only one a/c and wall mounted fans it did not cool the room at all and the bathroom had no proper ventilation and the was not cleaned it say hot water is also there but only got cold water Overall its a good place to stay but need to up the sanitary level

well behaved person are there, no mosquitoes, liquid mosquito coil are there, cleaning, also they allow me after 10.00 am to till housekeeper came.

Gaya trip
I had a comfortable stay at Hotel Shakuntala palace. Access to the hotel can be easily googled. Parking is paid and at a walking distance as the hotel is on busy and narrow road. It is very close to Vishnu pad mandir almost 500 mts. Room was queen-balcony attached so could enjoy sunlight. Most amenities n toiletries provided. Considerate and helpful staff.

Terrible Stay
The rooms are very dirty... The photos of the rooms shown during online booking are totally fake. There are no amenities in the rooms. Even guest have to request for towels. Even the wifi doesn't work.

Excellent with Good location
it was an amazing stay here because the staff was very nice and supportive. The property location is near Shree Vishnupad Mandir , Mata Mangla Gauri Shakti peeth and Mata kamakhya Mandir. The service was very good here because this property is mid of Market and Chand Chaura chowk .

Good Stay
I recently stayed at Shakuntala Palace and it was a nice experience! The staff was welcoming and polite. Afew points which I didn't expect: 1. They dnt have any kitchen, if you order any food. They will deliver like Swiggy and zomato with you crockery along. 2. Washroom sizes are slightly small. 3. They only give one big towel, no hand towel will be provided. 4. Post bath, water in the washroom floor take alot of time to get drain and this make the entire room slippery. They will not change the floor mat untill you checkout. 5. No water bottles will be provided on daily basis, they are on charge ( In case you are from metropolitan city, this might come as a surprise) 6. Dusting and cleaning can be better. As I am a frequent traveler, so I have certain expectations when it comes to staying in a hotel.. I can't say it's a wow experience but a decent one. The room was nice and the bed was cozy. I recommend to anyone looking for comfortable stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
