Nice hotel ..clean and excellent facilities..spacious rooms and good hospitality team...nice and located to the main raid ,,enough place for parking and nice garden with good lobby..and nice homely food

we booked suit room,but it's not available so we stayed standard room.we asked to Hotel reception they told it MMT website problem you get refund like that he said.

I had a truly pleasant and memorable stay at SEAPARK Hotel in Kollam. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming attitude of the staff — especially Kailas, who stood out for his exceptional hospitality and friendly nature. He made sure everything was comfortable and taken care of, which really enhanced my experience. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. What truly surprised me was the quality of the food — the breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all absolutely delicious! Each meal was fresh, flavorful, and felt like it was prepared with genuine care. Honestly, I wonder why more people aren’t talking about this place. It’s a hidden gem that deserves way more attention. I highly recommend SEAPARK Hotel to anyone visiting Kollam — for the service, the food, and the genuinely good vibe.

The place has hardly any staff and no good response for room service or from the reception. No additional amenities available ...

Need better breakfast. There was no buffet and only one staff member was available for the preparation and service. Wifi is available but will not get it inside the room. Where is the 5% discount coupon
