HOTEL SHAH INTERNATIONAL

As I booked through MakeMyTrip they allotted room on fourth floor. No power supply for one hour. Made frequent calls to reception but no response and at last one guy came and on the breaker. Terrible stay.

rooms not good very hot inside.. non ac room very bad i think also lots of mosquito

good Ac room, very spacious. Good and clean toilet. Quick service on phone. The food by dhaba hotel was excellent.

confirmation had not reached the hotel. They said no booking. After about half an hour's argument, somehow they allotted room. Maintenance is very poor. Had to argue again to get hot water for bathing... In toto, the experience was poor...

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent hotel stay, which turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and unfriendly, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was a major letdown - it looked nothing like the pictures . To make matters worse, the electricity was switched off twice during my stay, which was not only inconvenient but also frustrating. Additionally, the room was not clean and tidy, which was a huge disappointment. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise them to improve their services and facilities.

Nice stay and friendly staffs not so cozy but ok for the money tv and accesories are not working ok for a 15 year old hotel👍

No complimentry drinking bottle of water provided, neatness up to mark. No amenities provided. View was nice all other experience was very bad. Room was terrible, no complimentry water in the room, bedsheet was full dirty in one room only one bath towel provided

Unfortunately, i stayed at here. Everythjng is fine but the pillow cover is not good. I took that pillow cover pictures

I had told a manager how many years of this shah a international hotel, he told me 42 years.

Stay was just ok, Nothing great the rate of the room provided was ok, No hot water facility for one of the room. Door handles, locks everything was pathetic. I know it's a old hotel, but still basic amenities should be maintained thoroughly. Only advantage is restaurant and room service available. But food taste was average. They charged for extra beds, even though that was included in the payment done.

Very gud experience at shah international, it was a non ac room but the room is of gud air circulation, neat and tidy. Dhabha attached to this hotel is excellent one. Me and my husband faced some issues. 1. Toilet was not cleaned before our entry. Which was done later that too the cleaning staff was not known about our entry. So they voluntarily tried to open the door from outside. 2. The door was so tight to lock and unlock key 3. T. V. Remote is not working properly i just mentioned only these issues. But i am so happy with the stay especially the room which provides a nostalgia.

I m not book by mystake but people of hotel not ready to cancel so very bad expiernce. They want money only they lost reviews

Bad experience all together. One of us got food poisoned from the hotel food, that just spoiled our entire trip. Behaviour of the hotel staff was little rude. Hygiene wise also unsatisfied.

No facility was good in this hotel, there was no bedsheet to cover, we had to buy water to drink and the tv was just for name sake and didn't even work, there were cobwebs in the room, there was no ventilation in the bathroom due to which there was a foul smell, the hotel management was focusing only on the ac rooms but they didn't pay any attention to the non-ac rooms.

Very noisy. Hotel is under renovation. Some work is going on inside and i didn't sleep even one hour. Very terrible experience. I don't refer to anyone.

It was very short stay for 3 hours, we stayed in the hotel for half an hour only. It’s very old property, uncomfortable bed, but ac was working properly

Sub-par cleanliness with horrible room service. There were no towels in refreshing room. Room power switch is outside and employees turning it off for no reason couple of times.

Stay is fine, but expected little better as it is an international hotel. Washroom were not separated, no kettle and tea for sepf making.
