The place was enlarged but not up to the mark .No charging port near the bed .The bedcover and pillows are in poor condition . Housekeeping worst

I recently stayed at Hotel Sea Pearl, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The only positive is that the rooms are spacious. Beyond that, everything else was disappointing. The reception staffs (one who work on night) behaved as if they were doing guests a favor by allowing them to stay. Their attitude was rude, especially toward customers who book online. Despite booking a day in advance to ensure early check-in, I was made to wait for more than 30 minutes at the reception. Professionalism and basic courtesy were completely missing. The Wi-Fi is practically unusable, and even mobile signals (Jio/Airtel) are very poor in the area. The bathroom had leaking pipes, and hot water was almost never available. The “complimentary breakfast” they advertise is misleading—it’s just food brought from outside within a fixed low budget. The TV in the room didn’t work at all, and to add to the frustration, even a bottle of drinking water was charged extra despite the high room rates. Overall, the service, amenities, and attitude of staff do not justify the price charged. Unless the management takes these complaints seriously and improves on customer service, basic facilities, and honesty in their listings, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

To many insects were there. Otherwise stay is good, big sized room one of the positive side. My rating is 3 out of 5

Apart from the size of the rooms there is not much else to note. Furnitures are very dusty. Cleanluness wae very poor. Average only

Reached the hotel around 3 pm, but the room wasn't ready during that time and the check in time was 12 pm. Room was too old. Most of the furniture was way too old. It was a bad experience. Will never suggest any sea pearl. Will never suggest anyone sea pearl

We stayed at a suit room for two days. No sufficient lights in bedroom. Bathroom needs urgent revamp. No restaurant in hotel. Complimentary breakfast brought from out sideTotal hotel needs a revamp.

While booking you will get different options( suite room, non ac, ac, include breakfast ) but room is always same. No maintenance. But rooms are big enough.

The room was extremely spacious and clean. The hotel has no in house restaurant but dont worry if you come out and walk 2 minutes you get a lot of options for food.

One of the best hotel which i stayed recently, more secured and well maintained rooms, staff was so friendly.

It has parking space which is very good but he doesn't provide tax invoice which is not good

Staff followed all safety measures and followed social distancing while receiving guests, rooms were neat and clean

The rooms where spacious, cleanliness was good, can improve in provide basic necessity like drinking water, soap, paste and towels.

We have booked AC suite room. It was 2 BHK. AC was not working in one of the rooms. We have complained and they didn't respond properly. I had to sleep 5 members in one room. Again in the morning, there was no hot water. Very bad experience. Not worth for money.
