*breakfast not available at the hotel but when i booked it was shown with breakfast as well as lunch or dinner*

1. Room service 2. Ac not working properly (not cooling) 3. Lights problem ( power backup. Again the power cut

location & bed room is good but wash room is not clean properly & toilet fittings never get cleaned.

The stay was including breakfast but the hotel failed to provide complimentary breakfast and from the 4th day they provided two breads with butter and a omlette. This breakfast had cost around.

hotel is worst👎, no facilities, bathroom is dirty, cable TV no connectivity.

Hotel is good in this price range.

The room was clean, no room freshener, the washroom was clean and all points, air conditioner, geyser working. Unfortunately the room service and restaurant guys are very slow and irresponsible.
The hotel did not serve breakfast even after booked it, the room service phone was not picked by anyone on both the number. Mentioned on phone for more than an hour. Finally during check-out when discussed with the manager, he was casual to reply at 8:30 when the restaurant starts we get busy and then responding is difficult. Need to improve response and customer service.

It's good place to enjoy your holiday with family. It's easy to find out this place and everything is available around this location. Staff and services are also concerned and responsible here. Rooms are good.

Horrible hotel hai. Waste of money. Check in time pr they said I have to wait for till 12 but I called to make my trip and make my trip people helped me and I get the check in after 1 hour. Staff not co-operative.
