there is no window in the room (ventilation) and there is non-ac rooms also so read carefully ....only 5-600 metres from temple

This property is near to the Baidyanath Jyotirlinga temple. But the management of the hotel need to work towards rooms/washroom maintenance.

Property is good for family & located very near to the temple .

They dont have own kitchen , get food from nearby stalls . Bed sheets and other laundry stuffs are dirty . Dirty rooms

Electricity problem, staffs not perfectly trained. Management is not professional.. They have ignoring mentality .

I would rate this hotel as an ok ok type hotel, not so good not so bad as well. Near to the temple but not the city centre, e-rickshaw charges double the price always as they seldom come to this area, and are a bit reluctant to come here i don't know why room is spacious, hotel facilities are okay. Overall i would rate it as 3 out of 5 thank you

The hotel was easy to locate and cabs/auto driver knew the location. It is walkable from the temple as well. But there are no restaurants nearby and the bathrooms were not great but they were okay. For extended stay of 5 hours they were asking for full day charges but helped us in storing luggage with them. They were also helpful l in arranging cabs for local sightseeing as well. Would recommend the hotel.

Whenever i have booked the hotel mentioned five persons but you provide two double occupancy room that means the fifth person has to be lying in the floor with extra bed you have to look after this problem in future or you can provide three beded room in such cases no hangers in side toilets the room space is very narrow like other hotels as per the price no kitchen is within hotel so i have to wait for waiter for a long time

Hotel is overall good. Location - location is superb. Located on main road near vishal megamart. Easily auto toto available walking distance from mandir. Staffs - staffs are supportive and well behaved. Treated us properly and i made smooth fast checkin even at 2 am night. Rooms - rooms are clean and furnished. Size of all room are big. Bathroom is clean, hot water facility available. Lift - lift is properly working and even lift is upto terrace where u can walk and dry your clothes. Negative is that rooms dont have proper windows and even not having in house restaurant they should provide morning bed tea atleast. But they denied our request

A relaxing stay in a centrally located property with excellent amenities, delicious food, and attentive service. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

I had booked for 5 adult and 1 child which included one extra bed but they did not provide me with extra bed.

Rooms and bathrooms are not maintained properly like they used to be before. I have been to this hotel earlier as well and it was a good stay with clean bathrooms that time. But this time, bathrooms were not that clean.

There is no restaurant in the property. Hotel is not on the market. There is no socket for mobile charging if electricity has gone. Often generator is not used to supply. Wardrobe is not good.

Hotel was very dirty and ambience was very poor. I will not recomed anyone to stay in this hotel in future

The room wasn't as advertised for booking, and one of the rooms even had a faulty geyser. There wasn't even a service technician available.
