Well behaviour, clean and good place to stay

1. 5. 5. You are advised to send your marketing executives for physical verification of the property you are marketing for. We have had the worst experience at the property. The bedsheet quilt, towels, pillow covers were stained and badly used. The tv was not functioning. There was no soap and handwash liquid. Above all the booking was for four adults but bed and space was hardly for three.

Very bad behaviour of owner, at first only he told " ki aaplog bihar ke h na bihar ke log ganda kar dete h room dhyan rkhiyga" it showed how he does discrimination. Then near about one day we spent without electricity and inverter was not working, staying without fan or ac and light in this humid weather was so challenging but when we asked for power backup and mosquitoes were very much in the room and then he spoke very rudely and said " kaya kr skate h garmi me hi sona pdga auro machhar bh katenge, we spent near about one day and night without fan and light and suffering from mosquito attack. No proper service, no daily cleaning, unhygienic and rude behaviour

Electricity power cut issue ac not working properly room service is very bad even facing tap water shortage

This was the first time I was staying at any Homestay and I must say it was good. In a homestay there’s a privilege of living at a home away from home. Its not like you are just in your room but you can sit in the dining area enjoy some chat maintaining your personal space that’s little difficult when you are in a hotel. Over and above I am fully satisfied with my stay at Royal Homestay Place was good, rooms were clean and food was adequate( there is little bit need to work in the food area. Also Sampoornesh the host was nice helped us too. 4.5/5 from my side😄

The host and hospitality was unparalled. All the facilities were excellent, no malfunctioning improvements. The room was spic and span, well kept. The central living room with seating arrangements was an added advantage. Washrooms have european commode. Overall any guest will enjoy their stay here.

I have gone through the existing reviews of make my trip and booked this accomodation. Excellent home stay with home food. 10 mints walkable distance from temple. Their hospitality and care is very nice.

Neat and clean home stay. The only issue i found was locating the place. Gps seems not to work correctly near the area. Also the bathroom was not attached to the room. Basically it is proper air bnb stay where you are given a flat to stay in. It is 1. 2 km away from the temple. The area where the stay is located is residential area and the nearest shop is 15min of walking.

Will recommend to all business traveller or with family. Good experience. Nice kitchen. After-all the sampurnesh ji is very cooperative person

Perfect homestay @ Deoghar. The property is in an Apartment (Shivanjali Apt). Car parking available. Very clean, well maintained accommodation. All basic facilities available (Water heater, Electric kettle, Gas Oven, Mineral water, Microwave, WiFi, basic cooking utensils & Crokeries). Mr. Sampurnesh Jha (The Host) and his family was excellent & very supportive. Home made food was available on request though one can also cook. The rooms are spacious and airy. The linen and blankets were all super clean. Washrooms were clean & well maintained. This property in Bilasi Town, is also very near to Baba Dham Mandir. The overall experience was very homely & lovely. I would recommend this property to others travelling to Deoghar, if you want a peaceful stay at Deoghar. Thanks once again Mr. Sampurnesh Jha.
