fabulous stay. room was neat and clean and the staff were very pleasant to talk to. plus the main benefit is hotel's proximity to the baba baidyanath dham temple.

Service is too poor. Even, they didn't check any id proof. It's really very bad, as it can create the safety issue in the property. The room is okay, but no service is there. No any arrangement of food is there. Even, they don't have any cutleries. Overall, not recommended property

2 rooms were booked 102 and 103, only one room had water geyser. The location of hotel is only positive point. There is huge difference in room prices per day via make my trip and actual direct booking. With make-my trip, the charges are more than double.

The room is different from the picture and room service is very poor & there is cockroach in toilet & the room very poor dirty hotel!

Tap of washroom was leaking water regularly but one cared of this inconvenience. But still our stay was to the level of good enough

Very bad hotel experience

It's a good stay in budget. Near to baba dham just 300 mts away. Rooms are good and spacious. Staff are helpful

No tv non ac and water on price no secive

Staying with unclean blanket was horrible experience. Service was poor.

Breakfast is terrible; they need to improve their breakfast menu. They said breakfast would be ready from 7:30 am, but it wasn't even ready by 8:30 am. It's really frustrating for those who have a 9:00 am flight, and the hotel doesn't even have a clue about the breakfast situation.

There was no mirror, glass, jug other basic amminities. Lift was not there. Hotel was more costly as compare to charge.

But i feel the owner should make a life very soon. Without lift it is very difficult for senior citizens and aged people to use stairs

Bathroom and room door lock is not working. Towel not given on time room attendent service is also poor mattress very ugly

Near to baba mandir nice to see outside view all needs are available near by hotel it's best place

It's really a good experience staying in this hotel. Room is clean, good food and friendly behavior of the hotel staffs.

Good location. Walking distance from the baidyanath dham. Courteous staff members. No geyser but were provided with hot water bucket as and when requested. No dining. But food was provided from nearby hotels upon request

The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. We had to board train at 4am so they have arranged transport for us in the night at short notice. The room was clean and spacious but they haven't provided us the towels because of scarcity other than that everything was good. The hotel is walkable distance from temple so that can be the plus. No thats all.
