Decent hotel with expensive food.

Pros: Room was bit specious and neat and clean. Distance from hotel to Babadham temple is around 2-2.5 kms. Staff were very polite and helpful. Cons: Lift was not functional. Food rate is quite expensive. We paid for single cup of tea. Rest you can imagine. Overall, if you are staying for 1-2 days and able to manage your food outside. Then you will like this property.

This property is very poor quality, there is no telephone in the room, every time I need to call the hotel staff, they also not respond on time, need to call 3-4 times to reach out to them. The food quality is also not good and I order a items but mistakenly they given to another items and they had change the food even after request

Very neat & clean hotel. Ambience is good. We'll furnished room, ultra clean washroom with all possible toiletries.Washroom was very spacious. Room was furnished with almirahs, cloth hangars, nice & comfortable bed, AC facility available ( though it was not required). Good available space within the premises of the hotel for parking vehicles. Roomservice was provided. Electric kettle, coffee mugs, water bottle & tea preparation materials were provided. The approach to the hotel ( From main road) is bit congested, but sufficient for a car. Biggest value is its proximity to the Jyotirlinga. A very neat & clean hotel with parking space of self for vehicle, so near to Jyotirlinga. Clock Tower 850 Mt's by walk & Jyotirlinga temple at 4/450 mts more. Very approachable by walk. I stayed for a night only & didn't had the time to dine, hence cannot comment on restaurant & the food preparation, but the tea that I ordered was indeed good. B/ fast according to them starts from 8 AM. Family room for four people is also available. A very good hotel at such an area with great facility is highly recommended. Must opt to stay.

We booked a super premium room, so it was very spacious and was exactly as shown as picture, but never book it with breakfast as they dont have breakfast and also lunch dinner food quality is not good. Overall amenities, services, staff is good, location is a bit far from main attractions.

Mam, the only thing I want to inform that we are using the best quality brands of spices, cereals, vegetables( from local martet) in our kitchen and if you talk about non veg we procure that from local market. (Very Fresh). Mam, I think its not the quality but might be the taste which again might be not that satisfactory for you. Mam tastes vary from mouth to mouth and honestly speaking we have received so many reviews from our guest and where they have appreciated, ( its not me mam, my reviwes are saying so)But still mam, i will surely ensure that the quality of the food and taste of the same must meet the standard of HSI and there should not be any lackings.

I had a two-day stay here, and i found the hotel was very clean and tidy. Both the staff and manager were quite cooperative, and their behavior towards customers was very polite and humble. In-room dining options was available, and the quality of food was great, delicious, and reasonably priced. There was a proper supply of electricity, and all of the appliances worked properly (ac, tv, geysers, etc. I must say it's the best hotel to stay in deoghar and is highly recommended by me for family stays.

familyRude manager some chatterjee, intercom not working, insects and lizards all over the place, no buffet breakfast took 2 hours and served only 1 aloo paratha per pax for a package that included breakfast. Takes 15 mins to start genset at times during power cut. No lift. Rooms were provided with used sheets, pillow covers and duvet covers. Ac not working. Not worth paying 500 even per room. Any other hotel will be better

Yes, You are absolutely right , our hotel intercom is having some serious problem and that's why we are facing this trouble, but at the same time I would also like to include that we are providing our visiting card to all our guest those who are entering and for staying with us, so that they can communicate directly to me or with the front manager, But this is really very unfortunate for us to hear that you didn't get any .
