Review Of Hotel Sarayu

Worst hotel ever stayed, very arrogant staffs and don't care attitude. They didn't cared even hot water is not coming.

No sufficient breakfast is given and coffee making powder is also not present.

Decent place at reasonable price. Near to the temple. I stayed here with my family and had a smooth stay. Staff were courteous. We booked a non AC room but when asked for AC room the staff gave us. Overall no complaints.

Had the worst experience of staying in a hotel. Toilet was pathetic, flush doesn't work and there is no windows, stinky rooms which hasn't been cleaned and worst service I ever had to bear with. When asked for a change of room they charged additional money and there is no hot water and the remote control for TV doesn't even have a battery. Only good thing I got after change of room was a good view from the room as it is 5th floor and there's a big bazaar below the hotel so you can literally buy anything you want.

There is no hot water provided for Bath, food was awesome, service was very good, room was quite expensive as compared to facilities provided. No complementary breakfast added, provided Wi-Fi has no internet facility.

It was very comfortable to stay there. All the staff are help well. One thing for pick up this hotel because it is very near to my exam center. Thank you.

Best location in Hassan. I feel that bed was comfortable but it was not joint as we wanted the joint bed so it gave a little bit difficulty but overall it's was nice staying there. I can recommend that for others also.

Location is good but services needs improvement. Rooms was very dark. Ventilation was not at all there. No windows or any thing to have an outside view understanding. Also very less occupied so felt very lonely. During season this could be good as it would be completely occupied and restaurant would also be fully working. Facilities provided like towels were all torn and bathroom fittings were also broken.

Well located in center of Hassan city on Bangalore-Mangalore road, food was good but breakfast not available. One can find good breakfast at Hotel Krishna which is located next to Sarayu Residency. Overall a decent stay.

It is not for family. Low little rooms. No towels. Defective wash rooms, taps lever was falling off while being used. Flush tank had no lid and not functioning properly. Finally not worth the money. Stained bed sheets, no drinking water, no dustbin inside the room, no tissue paper.

The location is good and it is very near to the bus stop, the room was clean. Would recommend it for a short official trip or a short stay. No idea about food as I have not tried it. Else value for money.

Great place, spacious room, nice view, restaurant was really good. Food was certainly nice. Even though I stayed for a day loved the place and room was very good also. Above all Big Bazar is below to buy, emergency things. Overall great.

We were greeted by front desk person and allotted a room which had broken wash basin and very poor lighting. When I objected, then another room was given. However that too had no lighting in the bathroom and fan was not working. Since I had to attend a function and leave the place same night, I accepted the room and used it for next 6 hours. Overall it's I can say average room and not worth staying with family.

Well maintained very clean and hygiene room, one can enjoy the good view of the city. The room is very spacious and very calm and the sit-out next to the window gives you a good serene view. Overall we had a pleasant stay and it's true value for money.

Had booked the room just for a night - transit stay. The room was spacious. But there were initial hiccups .. Not working AC, no water supply in the bathroom. So on insisting, the room was changed. The service quality could have been better. The room was clean.

The hotel is located in centre of the city, but services are zero to this hotel, no room service boys, no restaurant at morning I mean it's ridiculous, no restaurant at morning and although they don't have their restaurant open but they don't have plates and cutleries also how can anyone stay at this place. Don't pick this hotel. Thanks.

There is no room service, worst maintenance, parking problem, they take extra money for room booking and there was a water problem. I am faced so many problems in my trip, don't book these type of lodges.

This hotel is on the main road towards the Railway station and easily accessible. A small basement parking is available. The service is not so good. But you may find it value for money. The cleanliness is not so good. Even in the AC rooms cleaning is not so goog.

Location of hotel was nice, room average only. Facilities very poor old bath towels and not that much satisfied. Food are not supply to room, if we want to drink tea we should go outside. Service was good no delay for check-in and check-out. Please improve the facilities.
